THE BOX

THE BOX is our staple boxing class offered here at our club. This class is a 12-round 60-minute boxing circuit training class that focuses on all things boxing technique. With 1-on-1 mitt-work, heavy bags, footwork drills, and strength training, this group fitness class will challenge you to reach your fullest potential – and you’ll burn up to 1,000 calories!

THE HOT BOX

THE HOT BOX is our founder & head coach Josh Polit’s signature boxing class offered here at our club. Similar to THE BOX, this class is set to 80 degrees, and is a 12-round 60-minute boxing circuit training class that focuses on boxing technique. With heavy bag work, 1-on-1 mitt work, and a killer playlist, this group fitness class will teach you a new skill and challenge you to reach your fullest potential – and with that heat, you’ll burn up over 1,000 calories!

THE SPAR

Love boxing so much that you’re curious to learn about sparring? This 60-minute sparring class focuses on the fundamentals of boxing, footwork movement, and exciting sparring drills with a partner. As this class is all-levels welcome, a headgear + mouthguard are highly encouraged.
